Is my own private recipe page - or rather inspirational pages for food I do - primarily. Its as much for myself since I forget all my sometimes amazing recipes and that does not only I but also often friends think is a pity - sometimes they also - and me too - maybe think I should not experiment that much… but I do… and I cook the same way as I do most things in life - I IMPROVISE….

raw peas app. 500 gr. (non peeled)
squach app. half cut in pieces
Juice from app. half a lemon
Garlic
Dijon
Salt
Fresh Coriander
a piece of fresh goat cheese - app. 50 gr
blend it all and u have an absolutely delicious pesto - serve fresh veggies and dip .
