RØNDALGÅRD

– a "SENSUSTAINABLE art & design residence"

 July 24, 2026

I have just finished renovating the house next to my house here on RØNDALGÅRD, Røndal 4 close to Søby on the island Ærø in Denmark.
Gradually over the coming years RØNDALGÅRD will become a "SENSUSTAINABLE art & design residence" - primerally for people who need a place to "think", design, debate OR maybe be coached in how to develop new art or design or fusion concepts in "sensual sustainable" (SENSUSTAINABLE) art & design concepts / projects - activities that are concerned with how we will live our lives in exactly more sensual & sustainable ways.

For now I will let out THE SMALL RED - the next-door house - a beautiful little brick house with maybe one of the best views on Ærø - a place to relax, dream, "think big" - come for a minimum 3 days - and be max two grown ups (possibly 3 where one will stay on the caravan PINKY) ...

Its NOT a regular holiday rental house, but for now Ill rent it out to "beautiful minds" 😎 who needs a place to relax, enjoy the views and the peace, meditate, paint, write or whatever - and it could be nice If there are mutual interests so that we can possibly debate and possibly develop new wild ideas over a cup of nettle and mint tea 😆 - maybe you can help creating the "SENSUSTAINABLE art & design residence" - or maybe we can just help each other envisioning new design projects that can benefit a SENSUSTAINABLE PROSPEROUS development - whatever that is 🤣 - its all "work in progress" - and always will be.

Im open for new "in puts" and also for new people who wants to come and stay - it is not for free for now, but could also be swobbing services, houses elsewhere, ART MONEY or similar - Im open.
